Substitution Policy
 
In some instance the florists photo may represent an ovarall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Althought the actual bouquet may not exactly match the photo, its overall theme will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, season and market conditions.
